Do you ship worldwide?

Right now we are only able to ship within Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Although our goal is to one day ship worldwide.

Do you offer returns?

Yes we do! You have 14 days counting from the day you recieve your order to return it if you wish to do so. If that’s the case, email us at contact@starstruck.nu with your ordernumber and a short description of why you want to return your piece/s. You will then get all information you need and a returnlabel back. Your pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still on. You, the customer, are responsible for a part of the return shipping cost (unless you received the wrong item/a faulty item). This cost is 59 SEK. You will recieve your payment back within 14 days from the day we collect your return.

How long does shipping take?

For Swedish orders the estimated shipping takes 2-3 business days. Finland and Denmark takes up to 7 business days from the day you placed your order.
